The Flash movie’s first trailer has been released, and Michael Keaton seems to be the only thing keeping it alive. Social media fans are incensed that Warner Bros. is releasing The Flash despite troublesome actor Ezra Miller’s repeated arrests and legal issues. Miller portrays Barry Allen in The Flash in two separate versions.
Aside from that, Michael Keaton’s comeback as Batman has the Internet wild with excitement. The Flash’s first teaser shows Barry Allen travelling through time before being locked up in a place where many realities clash. Because General Zod (Michael Shannon, reprising his role) is the major opponent in this dimension, Barry stumbles across a version of himself and needs Batman’s help.
In the 1990s Tim Burton films Batman and Batman Returns, Michael Keaton portrayed Batman. The fact that Ben Affleck also appears as Bruce Wayne from Barry’s past existence is incredibly meta. However, the pleasure of the sequence comes from the original Caped Crusader of the big screen declaring, “I’m Batman.”
Sadly, Michael Keaton’s return to the role of Batman has been delayed. He was set to reprise his role in the unfinished Batgirl movie, which would have debuted last year if the studio hadn’t shelved it. Michael Keaton, who plays the villain Vulture in the Spider-Man movies, made an appearance in the 2017 film Morbius.
This June, The Flash, which also features Sasha Calle as Supergirl, is anticipated to enter theatres.
