In a statement, former Bigg Boss contestant Rakhi Sawant acknowledged that her husband Adil Khan Durrani had been taken into custody. Rakhi said that Adil was in her home when the Oshiwara Police detained him. Rakhi acknowledged that she had reported Adil to the police.
Recently, Rakhi Sawant was seen entering the Mumbai Oshiwara Police Station to file a complaint against her husband. She has already accused her husband Adil of failing to make financial arrangements for the care of her mother Jaya Bheda. She further implied that Adil was to blame for the passing of her mother. She added that Adil had told her he had dumped her and was now residing with his alleged lover Tanu.
He was detained as a result of my filing a FIR against him, Rakhi claimed in the audio testimony. I was ruined by him. He battered me. My money was taken by him.
She further charged him with tormenting her and using her as a stepping stone to fame in Bollywood. Rakhi also claimed Adil had taken all of her money. She said that he was the subject of numerous criminal complaints.
When Rakhi Sawant and Adil Khan Durrani revealed they were getting married in January, everyone was taken aback.
