she recently attended The Jonas Brothers’ Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony with her actor-singer husband Nick Jonas. But who did the show-stealing? It was none other than Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, their daughter. The two had scrupulously avoided showing their daughter’s face in public up until now, but now they did.
For those who are unaware, Malti Marie was born through surrogacy in January of last year.
At the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Nick, Kevin, and Joe Jonas were present as their loved ones applauded them. Malti Marie, who had her first birthday just last month, was photographed at the event sporting a white outfit and a headband. Priyanka was photographed at the ceremony cradling her protectively in her arms and was seated next to Joe and Kevin’s wives.
Nick is heard thanking Priyanka and referring to her as his “calm in the craziness and rock in the storm” in photos and video that Priyanka released from the ceremony. Nick then turns to Malti Marie and says, “I adore being a father with you… In 15 years, I can’t wait to drag you back here and humiliate you in front of your pals. The post’s caption read, “So proud of you, my darling! Congratulations”
Soon after, Malti Marie’s fans couldn’t help but notice how much the singer resembled Nick Jonas.
Priyanka recently discussed Malti Marie’s privacy in an interview with British Vogue, saying, “I’ve grown a tough hide when people talk about me. But when they bring up my daughter, it hurts so much. Keep her out of it, I say. I can recall how it felt to grasp her tiny hands while they were attempting to locate her veins. She won’t gossip, thus the answer is no. I’ve taken a lot of care to preserve this period of my life with my kid. since it isn’t just about my life. She owns it, too.
