One more day, one more endearing Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas exchange. These two, who wed in December 2018, recently revealed that they have adorable matching tattoos, and now the couple has been sighted at a significant family moment in Hollywood with their young daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
In January 2022, Malti Marie was born via surrogate; her parents later revealed that she was delivered prematurely at the age of six months and spent three months in the intensive care unit.
Little Malti Marie hasn’t been seen in public for more than a year, and the one time she was was for a very special event! She went there specifically to support her father as he and his brothers (the Jonas Brothers) achieved a significant professional milestone: a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Priyanka was holding Malti in her arms during the ceremony, and there were plenty of cameras around to record the touching occasion.
This was a significant revelation because although Priyanka has previously shared photos of Malti Marie on social media, she has always made sure that her daughter’s face is obscured in these images.
The cuteness doesn’t end there, though! Nick made a touching mention to his wife and daughter during his statement at the ceremony, which is captured in a video on the second slide of the carousel that Priyanka shared on Instagram to commemorate the event.
“I adore being married to you – it’s the best gift,” said Nick. “The calm in the chaos, the rock in the storm. And I enjoy being your mom, so Malti Marie, I’m eager to return in 15 years and humiliate you in front of your friends.
The crowd can be heard collectively exclaiming “awww” during this speech in the video, which is a moody sound.
